2. Eligibility and Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use services on 777play:

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the platform. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above. If an underage user's account is found, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Registration Process

The information you provide at registration must be true, complete, and accurate. The following are mandatory:

• The name and identity details given at registration must match those on your national identity card.

3. Account Security

4. Financial Transactions and Payments

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777play offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before use.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) — meaning the bonus amount must be multiplied by 15 to get the total amount that must be wagered.
• Funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering — details are provided in each bonus description.

General Bonus Rules

• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• If an attempt is made to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address, the account will be closed.
• 777play reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming purposes.

6. Gaming Rules

8. Account Closure and Suspension

777play reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Providing incomplete or false information during identity verification.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• Third-party complaints or legal directives.

Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, submit a request through the support team. Before closing the account, make sure all wagering requirements are met and withdraw your balance.

Closure Due to Violation

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any earned bonuses will be forfeited. However, the right to recover legitimately deposited principal funds may be preserved, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
